Today we woke up and went to Seminyak
which is another little beach town about a 15 min cab ride away from
Kuta. We grabbed some breakfast on the beach and then spent the day
there. It was a bit more chill then Kuta, less traffic and noise. I
went for a nice long walk and took many dips in the ocean. No
surfing for me today, I was a bit sore from yesterday, not gonna lie, and the waves were a bit choppy anyway.
After a good day in the sun, we went to
some shops, then headed back to our hotel , took a swim in the pool,
and got ready for dinner and a night out.
We went to a cool happy hour spot
called Alley Cat, where we chatted it up with some tourists and met a
pretty cool guy from Lombak, who may have talked us into going there
instead of spending so many days in Ubud... we'll see!
